Don’t think they actually want to sell cars here. Book value is 3k made an offer and literally told me that I’m not going to say yes or no till you come in person. Then asked to talk to the person in charge next to me???? Like implying I can’t make my own decisions. Kept saying word. Gross sounding guy. You expect me to drive 40miles without knowing what I’ll be paying for it?

Went to view cars. Requested a test drive and Mike the owner said he needed to run my credit to see if I qualified for the car. You are not required to check credit for a test drive. I read the reviews before visiting and had my reservations but went anyway because I wanted to give the business the benefit of the doubt. My interaction confirmed my initial reservations. The cars looked decent, the prices were decent, but the customer service was poor. This may be the dealership for others but it wasn’t for us.
