We used b’santi cleaning for our move out and they were amazing. Super responsive, available and did a great job. The house was thoroughly cleaned and smelled great. Nothing was left unfinished – even the high ceiling fan, window and door tracks, and indeed were taken care of. I highly recommend Brittany and her team.

Beautiful home, has everything we could need for a short stay and more! I didn’t have my son but I appreciated all of the baby items. Would recommend and stay again

This is a beautiful house in an accessible location. A little less than 30 minutes from Napa. The house is spacious and accommodated our family very well. The host provided nice little touches of makeup towels, extra razors, and toothbrushes if you forgot something. The yard was so lovely to sit out and enjoy. The only thing I could possibly suggest would be mirrors in the bedrooms to help with getting ready especially if the bathrooms are in use. Other than that, compliments to the host for helping make our family weekend wonderful!

Outstanding Service Beyond Expectations!
I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by B’Santi Cleaning & Vacation Rental Management! From the moment I reached out, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. They transformed my home into a pristine, inviting space that exceeded my highest standards.
Their attention to detail is truly unmatched. Every corner is always spotless and linens are always crisp and fresh. They take care of everything, from deep cleaning to staging, making the property look its absolute best for my guests.
What sets B’Santi apart, however, is their personal touch. The team is warm, friendly, and genuinely cares about their clients’ needs. They go above and beyond to ensure my property is always guest-ready, even leaving little extras like welcome baskets and local recommendations. The feedback from my guests has been fantastic, and I believe it’s largely due to the exceptional work done by B’Santi.
If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality cleaning and rental management service that takes pride in what they do, look no further than B’Santi. They have earned my highest recommendation and will undoubtedly be my go-to choice for all future cleaning and management needs!
