Not only does Dr Gould take the time to listen to my complaints, offer detailed explanations of treatment options and take care of my needs with a genuinely cheerful demeanor but his office staff is top notch. Every visit is fast and informative from the moment staff greets me with a smile to when I leave with a new appointment scheduled. The whole office works so efficiently and it truly is a breath of fresh air in an underserved rural community to have such intelligent, communicative and positive people to provide consistent health care.
