Took a while to get through the 6 tastings we paid for. We only taste 4. We had planed out the day and to leave after an hour of our appointment but it took 30 mins to get the second tasting and we had to remind them we needed the next one 3 times. We would’ve bought wine but didn’t have time. Cool if you have time and would like to check out the caves but service is slow if you have a planned day
The wine was delicious. The cave was quite cool to see. Highlight was the staff bringing our wine out in a little bag of ice to cool it and just the beautiful space. Gorgeous place, live music, and just overall a magical experience.
Been here twice now. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Their zinfandels are amazing!! Definitely a hidden gem compared to some of the neighboring wineries with over priced cabs and zins. Love that they are also dog friendly
We came her on the fly, just in the neighborhood looking for a dog friendly winery doing wine tasting on a Friday. What a beautiful location, with a beautiful drive to get there, really magical. We were not up for $35 per person for the 5 of us, and the friendly lady doing the tasting could pick up on this and suggested a bottle to buy. Which we did and enjoyed it at a picnic table right outside the cave. Very nice and made for a fun day. Not pretentious as all.
Bella Vineyards was me and my family’s favorite winery that we visited while in Sonoma (we went to 5 others)! The tasting experience with Mike was so much fun, the cave was beautiful and unique, and we really enjoyed their wines (they specialize in Zinfandel and Chardonnay). Would highly recommend!
