She cost us thousands in penalties and late fees with her incompetence and lack of communication. We had to take her to court to try and get her to address the situation and she still hasn’t communicated with us. Did not show up to court, hasn’t paid our settlement. Do not make the same mistake we did by trusting her with your tax preparation.
