The staff and doctor at this office are very accommodating and knowledgeable! With how busy it gets, I was taken care of and given the attention I needed. Compassionate and proactive. It was considerate of the staff to help me out. Will book another appointment!

I would prefer a score of 0. Poor enough experience to be willing to spend my time writing a review. Uncomfortable, out of date space and out of date paperwork. No one was there when I arrived for my appointment and lights were off.

Not trauma-informed, person-centered or well-versed in gender and sexuality diversity, all of which are crucial to me as a patient, provider and instructor for OBGYN clinical students.

Exam was awful, almost intolerable. Surely triggering and traumatic for plenty of patients. Invasive, aggressive and clearly not mindful of patient experience. I turned my head to the side, furrowed brow and pursed lips. Felt like she was digging for clams. I looked up a video of digging for clams and, yes, that’s the appropriate metaphor. I’m surprised I haven’t seen any complaints about this behavior in other reviews.

She gave me an order to test for something that didn’t make sense contextually. She didn’t say what would happen next whether it was a positive or negative result or what my symptoms might be or how to manage them.

I also find her responses to previous reviews unprofessional and demonstrative of her relatively low-level interpersonal communication skills.

Absolutely will avoid and recommend against this provider. Highly recommend provider increases Continued Medical Education with emphasis on patient-centered, person-centered, trauma-informed, diversity oriented care and communication skills.

There are issues when calling her office. No one answers the phone, it goes to voicemail and asks you to leave a message. I left a message and never got a call back. I complained to aetna and the aetna rep called them while I was on the phone, and it went to voicemail. I went directly to the office to get an appointment. The doctor seems nice and she wanted me to go to get but didn’t give me the form she filled out. She gave it to one of her staff and they told me I needed to take a picture and call the number to make an appointment. I have an appointment for the imaging lab, but they didn’t fax the form. Now I’m back at her office waiting for them to fax the form so I can go to my appointment tomorrow. I don’t know if I would recommend Dr. Olivia Butt for these reasons. I will update my review if services improve.
