Nice no line once you pull in you see alliance parking in that parking the lot is the building look for address on the building entrance around the corner
What is most exhausting about Alameda Alliance is not merely the lack of psychiatric access. It is the theater of concern surrounding it.
The sympathetic voices.
The scripted compassion.
The promises of callbacks and referrals that never come.
Again and again, patients are told:
“We care.”
“We’re working on it.”
“Someone will contact you.”
And then nothing happens.
Weeks disappear inside administrative limbo while people with legitimate psychiatric needs are left navigating a collapsing behavioral health network that increasingly feels designed to exhaust patients into silence.
I left one large behavioral health provider because I realized the physicians themselves were often competent, but the administrative machinery around them was dysfunctional beyond belief. Endless phone transfers, indifferent front-office staff, poor follow-through, and an atmosphere where patients are treated less like human beings and more like case numbers clogging a queue.
Unfortunately, I am beginning to experience the exact same pattern with Alameda Alliance.
The tragedy is not merely inefficiency.
It is institutionalized indifference disguised as compassion.
Patients who have spent decades under medically supervised psychiatric treatment should not have to beg for continuity of care while administrative staff fail to return calls, fail to coordinate referrals, and fail to understand the seriousness of psychiatric dependence and long-term medication management.
At some point, this stops being “system strain” and starts becoming negligence through bureaucracy.
You cannot continuously advertise access to behavioral health care while the actual lived experience of patients is confusion, delay, abandonment, and silence.
Sincerely,
Elias Vance

I was assigned to this health care group through Medi-Cal in December. As of writing this i have not received any insurance cards nor any other mail pertaining to this medical group. They have however managed to cause some “glitch” to happen that screwed up my Medi-Cal coverage for two months!
If you have hours upon hours to sit on phone calls to find out if you’re covered or not or be told incorrect information that this insurance company will be fine with you. We personally have two kids under two and every single appointment was an hour to 2 hour long phone call conversation in which we would be cut off or we would speak to somebody and competent that couldn’t answer the question to pass us on to another service advisor. Hours of my life, I will never get back
I would give them zero stars if I could. I’ve been home post Pneumonia and Sepsis with Pulmonary Hypertension and I still have not been treated! I’ve had to change providers 4 times in 2 months due to lack of care, professionalism, efficiency, rudeness, and out right neglect. I now need to change my provider for the 5th time because this provider won’t look at my medical records, test results, current condition (I’m wheelchair bound now), or write me a doctors note even though I haven’t been treated yet and my symptoms are getting worst!!! I have reached out multiple times to their case manager department and haven’t heard from anyone. It’s been over a week. I found out that my case manager urgent requests were being sent to a provider I no longer have. I’ve filed at least 10 grievances since August 2025 and haven’t heard anything. I even had to drop a Pulmonologist because she came into my appointment visibly high on something and was nodding in the appointment. There has been NO since of urgency regarding my case and getting me a PCP I can rely on and making sure my referrals are submitted accurately and efficiently (which they haven’t). I’ve gone through pure Hell since July 2025. Accessing my benefits such as a wheelchair and medical transport took nearly 3 weeks of waiting and calling everyday. Every provider (specialists included) I’ve seen are dismissive, rude, non attentive, do not listen at all, not thorough, non caring, non efficient, unattainable, no compassion, does not follow up on test results. I just had a cardiologist (Jain Ash Fremont, Ca) be so rude to me when going over my test results that I cried and was noticeably upset and he told me “I don’t know what to tell you, go ask your Primary” because I was trying to explain to him that my symptoms are worst and debilitating. When I asked him about my enlarged heart that was found in my medical records by a different provider, he dismissed me and said” no you don’t, well maybe you do but it’s probably because of your weight”. Which is proof that this man did not look at my case thoroughly and had just quickly looked over a few test results during the appointment. The current PCP Dr. Garg and her side kick nurse practitioner Tracy Vuong (Pleasanton, Ca) refused to listen to my current medical issues, fully review my medical records, refused to review my blood test results stating that if I want to talk about my medical conditions or test results, I have to make separate appointments for that. Mind you I’m coming to them with multiple hospital stays and issues already charted in my medical records. Still she refuses to write me a doctor’s note for a condition that has not been treated since July 2025 with worsen symptoms. She said I had to wait for a specialist to diagnose me first and I told her that I’m on disability now and need her to explain my current conditions to EDD, my work, and school. I’m a mother of 3 and now facing no income while I’m actively seeking a provider that gives a damn! These last few months have been a nightmare.
