Truly the most positive, calm, professional hospital experience I’ve ever had. I was admitted at 9pm for stitches and was taken to my own room within 5 minutes. The team was so kind, patient and gentle with me and everything felt incredibly clean and organized. If I lived in the area this would be my go to place for any medical needs.
Had a late night emergency while camping out at Hendy Woods. We had to drive in the dark from the campground. Everyone was cold and tired when we arrived and my friend was not feeling good. We were so pleasantly suprised by our visit.
The ER was so clean ( I myself was an ER nurse for many years and know it is hard to keep an ER clean) and all the staff from registration to the doctor and of course all the nurse were kind and professional.
Autumn the charge nurse was so nice and helped keep me and my friends daughter comfortable and able to catch some sleep while my friend was being checked out. (We really appreciate you going above and beyond).
They made was could of been a really awful experience into a not so bad one.
Some ok experiences, but when I seriously needed immediate care, they usually refer you to a specialist instead of making things happen when needed.
They reject all input you’d like to have on decisions and processes involved in successfully treating you as a patient.
Lacking in basic medical knowledge and will doom your thought process if you don’t take the time to research yourself, proving they are wrong on many, and I mean many, medical topics and perspectives. AVOID
Do not come here if you need medical services, I was here in Ukiah for 2 months and they didn’t treat my serious respiratory illness. They leave you to die carelessly in a bed all alone and the doctor should be fired for malpractice. Instead of treating my illness, they just took vitals and prescribed be pills for a minor problem that had nothing to do with my illness and on the pill bottle label it said it could cause death. I don’t trust these people. If you need services go to Fort Bragg or willits instead.
Rude triage and receptionists.
Drs very kind and thorough.
It’s one of those places that’s easily, don’t judge the book by its cover…. The introduction can be shallow but once you get further on to the experts, the atmosphere changes.
5 stars for the professional staff with excellent care given by the doctors and nurse practitioners however, the front entry is not as professional as they should be.
The emergency waiting room is for the entire community… don’t treat them like trash please.
Lack of compassion seems to a major flaw with the reception area. Please note that it lowers the overall rating.
