My experience yesterday was excellent!! my impression of the people I that cared for me was they were professionals. positive attitudes and they listened! Each of them gained my trust quickly in our meetings Focus was on me the patient.
I have a chronic sinus infection. The doctor Followed up with a phone call to the Surgeon. The woman who reviewed my blood pressure records was a good coach and made some good suggestions. She has excellent communication skillsDoctor Roqueis my is my normal Doctor. He is excellent and was on vacation. All above hit a home run for me. Take care

I have mixed feelings about this office. The doctors and medical assistants are always amazing!! kind, professional, and they truly make me feel cared for during my visits. They are the reason I continue coming here.
However, the front desk experience has consistently been disappointing. The reception staff often come across as rude or dismissive, and unfortunately, it creates anxiety before appointments. Since the front desk is the first impression of the office, I feel it reflects on the overall experience and company. I hope there can be improvements in customer service because the providers themselves are wonderful.

Family Med Residency Clinic Ukiah is accessible, good health care. I was a little overwhelmed at first, while figuring out how things work. I feel very fortunate to have Dr Hannon as my primary. I have an upcoming appointment with a primary doctor in a practice. It’s better for me to have a long term primary doctor if possible.

The residency clinic is a A+ clinic. Dr. Graves and Dr. Mulukutla are great. Not only are the doctors throu but the are very attentive to your medical needs taking all of your history into consideration. The girls in the office are always helpful and can answer any questions I seem to have. I would definitely recommend the residency clinic to anyone looking for a Doctor.
