Trying to get ahold of anyone for an appointment or a med refill is a joke. I’ve tried different times of the day, it rings a couple times, and goes to the answering service. Don’t bother leaving a message with the answering service either, because you will never get a call back. They had an online system that worked great, now, they’ve changed it to something else and the majority of my medication’s aren’t even listed. Plus, my pharmacy is not listed for anything I do want refilled. None of this is fair to patients!

My appointment was short due to patient load. We could not cover all health concerns. I had to make appt for two weeks out.

My physician is Dr. Palmatier. He is one of the best doctors I have had in my lifetime. He listens and searches for the correct treatment available making YOU part of the narrative and making sure that you follow through with his suggested treatment. If he is still accepting patients , you should give him a try to help you! I should, also, say a big shout out to the office staff for their kindness and help!
