I love Emily & Dr. Charpentier, I’ve see them both, Dr. Charpentier replaced both of my knees & he has done A FANTASTIC job! I am 200 % better than I was before! He listens to every concern & is so polite & professional, & he is also funny!

I have A hard time connecting with new Doctors, when I found Emily she made it so easy & comfortable to talk to her, she is down to earth & really cares! I am going to really miss her, I wish she wasnt leaving! But since she is, I wish her nothing but the best & hope she will be doing something she loves! Just know you will be GREATLY MISSED HERE EMILY!

Often times the case is that the one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. The place is barely even a hospital and generally is just a waiting room to get a referral. Contact me to make an appointment contact me when my prescriptions are ready basic things do not run fluidly at the clinic or the main hospital. There’s also a huge disconnect between Adventist health and their billing department. Some basic training and knowledge at staff levels could alleviate much of the end consumers pain. I would suggest going with a different third party billing company. Another thing is they do profit from selling your medical records to third party companies which is just plain wrong. I expect privacy and dignity and communication but that’s too much to ask for from these people. When bringing up any of their shortcomings nothing changes and they basically ask for me to show them grace every single time because they are falling apart or short staffed in some way shape or form. The people are great but their business model sucks and I can see them failing as a company or failing their customers until they revolt.
