When my PCP retired I was referred to Dr. Shastri who years ago was new to the Albany Sutter practice. I was assured that she was the best fit for me and am very happy to be partnered with her. If you like to engage with your MD about your health care she is an excellent communicator. Great listener who keeps the visit on task. I have never had any problems with referrals for specialty care or labs to keep tabs on my health status.
If she is taking new patients and you are looking for a new PCP, she is worthy of consideration.
