ROOTLESS
Possibly the worst driver on the road . Almost crash into him, I am riding middle lane . This man, switches into my lane last minute , no turn single . He didn’t use a turn single once , swerving from one lane to an other .
We both got of on mission ave on the 5 fwy, he came all the way from the middle lane and cut to the exit , not even on the lane just on the emergency path. Putting others lives in danger.
